Ok guys to be honest I hate my front bumper. It's an Olympic Three Hoop. Any ideas on what I can do to make it look better? I was thinking about maybe cutting out the two end pieces in front of the wheels. I also want to add D-rings, but see no way that can happen. Any ideas??

 

Not sure who--most folks don't care for tube bumpers on the JK, and stingers are a love it/hate it kind of thing (I fall in the latter camp). But several companies are making them, so someone out there will like that bumper as is. Maybe you should just sell it and put the money towards a bumper that you like. If you really dislike it all that much, you could probably pick up a stock one for free, or very cheaply, until you have the money for a better bumper.

 

IMO it would be too much to try to modify it by cutting some of the tubing off and turning it into a stubby or stubby w/stinger. put it up for sale here on the forum for a small discount. then use that money towards something else.

or call the company u bought it from and see what their return policy would be, it might be worth to pay $50 to ship it back and pay the restock fee to get what u want. they might even do an exchange with you, u never know.

 

maybe if you cut of the whole stinger it would look a whole lot better

 

i just saw an OR Fab stinger stubby with winch on ebay for 260 or so,

 

hmmm............ you could cut off the ends up to the sides of the stinger support bar and put some tube bumper caps on the ends if you can find some that will fit. i wish i was good at photoshop, id try to make you a pic...
