If I put one of these front bumpers on my new 2012 unlimited sport would I have to modify the suspension ?

I like the look of the Poison Spyder Rock Brawler but the price of the Ace Engineering and Fab parts are hard to beat and come with a lifetime warranty. http://ww w.aceengineeringandfab.com/
