No more than about 750-800 because my jeep is already too heavy i plan on ither having a full bumper or a narrow style bumper with winch but i know that winches are too expensive most times more than the bumper itself.

How about this warn rock crawler stubby w/ warn vr8000 winch. $500 for the bumper and $479 for the winch w/ steel cable. I got my winch w/ synthetic rope tho.
