Default Front bumper question

I'd like to get a front mid size to stubby bumper that can do the following things:
1) incorporate the stock driving lights
2) incorporate a winch for later application if I decide
3) have a single vertical hoop
4) budget of $400 or less

I really like the Or fab hoop stubby with hoop, but it doesn't incorporate both lights and the winch. You can get one or the other.

Any suggestions? Photos would be great!

RR XHD. Design it any way you want.

I think the Poison Spyder Brawler Lite fits your needs. Just mounted a new Recon 10.5k winch on mine. With the lower skid it would be over $400, though.

Thanks folks! I looked at each of them and will decide which one I'm going to go with.

I appreciate your input.

There's the expedition one with side wings. Get it without powder coating and do it yourself and you'll be under that $400 range. It doesn't have a hoop though. Fits the rest of your criteria.

It hasn't been updated in a while (at least not the first summary post):

You're mistaken! The OR-Fab works with lights and a winch! Put your lights on top of the hoop and your winch on top of the bumper. As long as you get the latest hoop bumper, it can take a mounting plate and work with a winch.

I'd go OR-Fab over RR by a lot....

It will incorporate the factory driving lights? I saw that it had light tabs for aftermarket lights, but I didn't know it would allow use of the factory light...

It allows for the factory fog lights with no modifications, yes. Below is my JK and some more pics from Yates.
