Default Front bumper suggestion

I am looking for a front bumper for a 2008 4 door. There are a TON of choices out there adn I was hoping to get some input from you guys. I am looking for something that is full width and built like a tank. Don't really have a budget.

If I was going to buy a full width, I'd choose the LoD Full Width.

no budget sure does help!

Both ARB and AEV have pretty stout full width bumpers. I also like Expedition One's full width front.

I just installed the AEV and it's solid, accepts the factory fogs, comes with additional light tabs and conceals and protects a winch while providing full coverage of your front end.

AEV to me is hands down the best looking full width bumper...

One of the reasons I am really wanting something that is STOUT is because my jeep was just hit in the front and the front bumper folded like a tin can and that caused a lot of damage to the drivers front.

No surprises with that. The stock bumpers are hollow plastic with a metal band behind them. I was shocked when I took the stockers off my jeep. Any of the aftermarket bumpers will be a massive improvement. You just have to decide if you want a winch, lights, stock fogs, which looks best to you..

Winch for sure, I was hoping to keep it under $1000 but I guess I will have to see how much is left over from getting the other stuff fixed. I was thinking about the R-SE from Rock-slide engineering, but it is on the high side, if I can swing it I will definitely spend that kind of money.
