Default Front Coilovers

Going to get metal cloak 2.5 " game changer (no shocks) And considering King Coilovers in the front w Rebel Bolton kit. Planning to leave the rear w springs and my king 2.5 OEMs. Has anyone used this combo or anyone foresee issues w this set up. Planning 35s mistly for desert/Glamis runs and occasional Moab trips.
Thoughts ??

Probably going to be hard to get the rear spring lift height to match the front. You don't want to run those coilovers with no uptravel and those bolt in kits are terrible in terms of mounting location. They need to be higher.

Why not run the 6pak shocks? You'll get 2" more travel and you don't have to mess with coilovers.

The 6-packs would do what you want no problem, but if you really have to have front coilovers, there's a few kits that you should look at. Rock krawler has a 2.5" kit with coilovers up front and spring/shock in the rear. Of course as Invest said to actually get the full benefit out of a coilover you need to do custom brackets, a bolt on will never perform on par with a purpose designed custom setup.

IMO its a waste of money doing bolt on brackets like others have stated. You need up travel and that is the problem with the bolt on's. You either run lots of lift, 10" travel, or no up travel.
