ok so i just put on an ARB stubby front bumper and m8000-s and now that front cross member is hanging down under the bumper and looks stupid and im sure itll just grab everything... so i really just want it gone, but what i'm wondering is can it just be cut out or do i need to wait until i have access to a welder again and just cut it out and shorten it then weld it back in??

what have y'all done about this? really wanting it outta there

 

Chop it off and grind it down...did it to my last 2 jks with stubby bumpers
