Default Front diff cover leaking

I am getting a small leak at the bottom of my from diff. I can see a little bit of oil around bottom. I go rock climbing so I know I have scrapped it and looking at it has sone wear marks. Replacing front diff cover and re sealing it should that fix the problem.
Also when I re seal it are the lube lockers better, more durable or the rtv?

Lube lockers are the way to go..... Much easier and re usable. Go with the lube lockers. Way more durable and allows the cover to shift if you take a hit on it and it will not leak!

I use black RTV. Never had a problem with it, its affordable and temp/oil resistant, also allows for enough flex. At 17.99 a pop, lube lockers don't make much sense to me.

Lubelockers make life a little easier, but to each his own.

Mine were "seeping" before I ever took mine off-road. Replaced with Riddler covers and went the Lube Locker route for ease of future maintenance. Scraping off the RTV sucked big time and I change my oil too often (due to a lot of water stuff) to deal with it all the time.

And my dealer appreciated the lube lockers as well when they did my gears!
