Default Which Front Driveshaft ?

So far, the new RUBICON 2012, Automatic, 4-Doors, received the following presents:
- Full Traction 8 arms 4" lift
- Fox Shocks w/ reservoir
- Fox Steering stabilizer (moved higher)
- 315/70/17 Mickey Thompson (with spacers, waiting for Pro Comp Xtreme wheels)
- ARB Front Bumper
- Bestop HighRock Rear Bumper + Tire Carrier
- Speedometer & Air Pressure warning – calibrated

Suggestion for the best, sturdiest and most trouble-free front driveshaft would be very welcomed.

Thanks !

I'm in the process of installing my full traction 3" long ARM. I went with JE Reel 1310's front and rear with replacement yokes. They're still in the box awaiting the completion of my lift. As mentioned in other threads it comes with Neapco u-joints and its also the brand of drive shaft that full traction sells. I'll let you know how it works out once I have it installed.

Thanks.

I never replaced driveshafts, so I learn...
Which is a better choice -- greaseable, or permanently lubricated joints ?

I would personally go with serviceable (greasable) shafts.

And the logic behind that ?

Does regular servicing makes it more sure that there's lubrication at all times, than sealed joints ?

I got the Coast 1310. I was told that Coast and JE Reel are both good and pretty much identical from a quality, price, performance standpoint. Went with the Coast because it was more readily available. You don't need a 1350, its too strong for your setup. So get a 1310 from whichever of the two companies has them in stock!

Thanks !

I'll check which one, or from whom, it would be better to order a driveshaft from abroad.
