Default Front Driveshaft Upgrade

Just bought a Rock Krawler 5.5 X-Factor lift. I know a front universal joint style driveshaft replacement will be required. Does anyone have input on which one to get?

everyones going to have their own opinion on this one.

Tattons, teraflex, JE Reel, rubicon express shafts

pick your poison.

No 1310 shafts have failed yet, not even with 35's and a Hemi.

Check out the coast 1310 shafts they are made with all USA parts and they are made in California.

got my coast 1310 from David last week. Hope to install it today. Just a little worried about the pinion nut preload thing.. I'm sure it's not that big of a deal, but I'm also an over analyzer and some what of a perfectionist! All the above choices or great!

actually, that is not true at all. I broke a rear 1310 in moab running 37" toyo's and my wimpy 3.8L engine at the time.

I'll put it another way: forget all the other brands.

Tom Woods is the gold standard for custom, aftermarket drive trains. He's got 29 years experience, uses only premium components and raw materials, and offers about the best pre and post-sale customer service you're going to find anywhere.

I've got front and rear Woods 1310s on my JK... and I won't run another brand so long as Mr. Woods is still working...

don't get me wrong but, have you ever run a drive shaft made by anyone else?

I recently installed a Rubicon Express front driveshaft and have been pleased with the results. My front driveline vibrated right at 70 mph after upgrading to 5.13's. I swapped it out with a Rubicon Express and have been good to go ever since.
