Looks like you just need to adjust the drag link. If you aren't familiar with everything under your Jeep, probably worth a trip to the alignment shop. They can confirm that you didn't bend the tie rod or anything like that.

I tried to adjust it myself didn't work out that well .. but I'm learning thank you for the info and help ..

What didn't work?

Go up to Write-ups, at the top is a link to an index, open it and scroll down to either the Steering or Troubleshooting sections, click the DIY Alignment writeup and follow the link. It has steps for several of the basic alignment procedures. For this, loosen the two bolts and twist the turnbuckle. From your knees, you may be able to see the steering wheel turning. If not, twist a bit then go look.

I didn't mark my center with duct tape to show I was aligned and i was little to far to the left .. I'm gonna try it again maybe tonight if the rain does stop
