Default Front end really squeeky/creaking all the time

Seems to progressively get worse.

Ive had my lift for maybe 2-3000 miles now.

rock krawler springs/trackbar
Rough Country discos
Bilstein 5100s

It just seems to always sound really squeeky and makes these creaking noises. I torqued and re-torqued everything... I don't understand what It could be but I worry it will lead to a failure someday.

I have JKS discos and from time to time they work themselves a little loose. When they do they squeak. I also had a factory front shock come loose and make noise when i would hit a bump. I would double check all bolts again and make sure they are tight.

I cant figure this out... I discoed the swaybar no fix.

If I stand on my steps and rock the boat really hard, it makes the noises too. So obviously its suspension related.

I just really worry damage is occurring. I did a visual and no welds or anything appear cracked. It sounds like a creaking noise from the springs... ?

Spacers? what spacers?

The rough country discos are actually pretty solidly built... I think?

Your factory spring spacers. Also make sure your springs are sitting in correct position on bottom.

They have spun off the little notch they sit in in the past.

I guess it might be time for some spring clips?

I don't see any spring spacers in there... just the bump stops?

trackbar bushings ? I had an issue with a FT trackbar that made horrible squeaking sounds just as you explained. Filled the bushings with grease and noise went away.

Since you can reproduce the sound by rocking, you need to enlist the help of someone to rock your Jeep while you look for the source of the sound. I did same recently and found loose sway bar links. Tightened and have been good since.

Ok, so this noise is definitely coming from the upper portion of the springs. (90% certain)

all 4 of them, front and back.

If i rock the front bumper/rear bumper, you get the point.

The springs are REALLY creaky/squeaky whatever you wanna call it. They are the Rock Krawler stock mod springs, (2.5") supported by bilstein 5100 shocks.

They are all perched correctly I just don't understand. They are 4000 miles old. Is this normal? Should I call Rock Krawler about this?

I still cannot figure out what makes the REALLY loud snapping noise every so often when I hit the brakes hard.
