The jeep only has 6k miles on it so I can see the ball joints being out already.

How can I tell if a drop pitman has been installed?

I'll take a pic tomorrow and post it

Just stole this off one of planman's post, its a TJ front end, but it'll give you an idea of parts and the reason why you need the trackbar and draglink parallel

Another thing to add is wheels being not balanced. Easy fix too

Well, if you didn't install the lift , someone else did, hopefully they knew enough to install a drop pitman, I guess you could look at it and see if it looks like it's still got a descent paint job , they usually come sprayed black like it was rattle canned. Also, like I said the pic would be helpful, just get it straight on so we can see the angle of the trackbar and drag link. Also get a separate pic of the draglink, it'll be longer than a stocker.

Based on these pics, you have a raised track bar at the axle end from the bracket from the lift kit and it appears you still have the stock pitman arm. So that tells me your steering geometry is not parallel and therefore, off. You need to either put an extended pitman arm on or remove the TB bracket and get an adjustable TB instead. I personally prefer the latter. I don't like the idea of a longer pitman arm. Also, with over 4" of lift, you might want to consider a flip kit such as Evo, TF, RK or Currie to really improve handling and eliminate bump steer.

Umm your nut on the sector shaft where the pitman attaches looks loose as shit. I can't really tell if your paralell or not in some of the pics, more light needed. Tighten up the big nut on the bottom of your box.
