Front windshield. Bolted anywhere on the bumper. Or if you will be mounting a winch, check out the Tough Stuff ez-flip. (or a cheap non-flip version).

I pinched mine between the bumper and fairlead.

I have the XHD front bumper and also bought the plate holder to clip to the fairlead rollers.

I just drilled some holes into the bumper and then used some self tapping metal screws to attach the license plate right where the hawed fair lead would go for the winch. Several offroad trips and car washes later and its still holding strong

I drilled two holes in the stock bar under the bumper and hung it there. It hangs down, so when I go offroad I take it off so it won't get torn off.

Drilled the plate and used the existing holes to bolt through

I bought this to mount behind my hawse fairlead to mount the plate. Putting it on your dash isnt always legal depending on the state you live in so this works great plus it comes with a quick release for when your trailing.

If you have a fairlead go to the hardware store and pick up some maglite flashlight mounting clips. They're cheap and work perfectly with the rollers. Few holes drilled and some nuts and bolts. $4.00 spent total
