Default Front Locker

Went to go and pick up my rubi from its gear install. And installer is having some problems so i figured i would help them and ask here.
The patterns on the gears were perfect the problem is the front locker is staying on. These guys are the best for gears where i live and probably have done thousands of gear sets so i know that they know what they are doing. any thought on why the locker stays on. the only time it went off was when they pulled the sensor or switch out from behind the diff. My question is on a jk rubicon is there something special that needs to be done that maybe they are overlooking

Thanks in advance

Have you tried the warranty route yet? That should be covered under the lifetime drivetrain assuming that you don't get the standard "could not duplicate."

The sensor can easily be bent when installing. That's what happened when they installed mine.
The locker still worked but the sensor light was messed up.
Had to wait 2 days for them to get a new one from Chrysler, but still dove around
for the 2 days, put new one in and everything is OK.
