Default Front propeller shaft leak??

Hi guys,

I did my 100000kms service the other day and the stealer told me my front propeller is leaking (coz I lifted my jeep is the reason for him again)
It's only a 2.5" lift I don't see any oil leak from it but I notice a clacking sound coming from the front when in idle, I did read that my lift doesn't really coz that much and a change is for 3" or more... Sounds like a old spinning fan ... Any ideas?

Leaking what? If so let it leak until the part dies. What is the dealer going to do to correct it? Put in the same original part? NOT.....go for an upgrade at the same price.
But to the 2.5" lift issue. Had situations where a lift ended up a lot a lot higher than posted. Compare your vehicle to a stock one to be certain.

Check the heat shield on your exhaust pipe where it crosses over, mine had a weld fail and sounded like that and was really bad under acceleration. I used a hose clamp on mine a few years ago and it had not been a problem since!

Sounds like you ripped the driveshaft boot. The whole 2.5" lift won't cause a driveshaft failure is BS. It's happens
