Front and Rear axle alignment
When I first installed my lift(see below) I aligned the front and rear axles, and were aligned dead center. I then added front and rear bumpers and winch up front. I have not measured, I will when I get off today, but at first glance it appears that the body of the vehicle has shifted, just like after when I installed the lift. This makes sense geometrically why the body shifted. I had it aligned after everything was installed and my thust angle is within spec. So this got me thinking, at what time do you recenter the axles. After the lift, after the bumpers and winch, after when someone in riding in the vehicle? Due to having solid axles and not independent suspension, just an alteration in weight distribution will effectively cause a body shift. You might be aligned with all your stuff installed, but when you put 500 lbs in the rear it will be misaligned again. So if thrust angle is within spec, are any further adjustments needed?
I was thinking this same thing, after I put in the 1" spacers I noticed the axles were out of alignment so it got me thinking about when there are a couple people and gear in the jeep, the axles would be out again while you are driving.
