Front receiver hitch
I thought the same but called Olympic to ask. They have a JK with the same bumper and a winch plate bolted to rails in the space behind bumper. They're getting back to me as to which brand the winch plate was. My Delta fogs are bolted to pre-drilled holes on the JCW grille
it seems like it would be a great idea..i have asked around and i ahve no idea how i would go about doing this..i could tow a boat and put the bikes on the front....i have seen some double rear hitches where one is on top of the other but that would just get in the way..
if u guys can figure out something..please let me know!

that might work but I dunno about restricting visibility

I think this is what you're looking for....
"Hitchesonline" has a front receiver that mounts to the frame rails. It looks like it nests between the bumper & the E-Disco protection bar.
It says you have to trim the undercarriage deflector where the receiver sticks out.
A front hitch can be very useful, from carrying bikes, winch mounts, and even parking your boat.

Just this past weekend, I installed a Curt 2" front mounted reciever that I ordered from etrailers.com and it looks pretty good. It installs under the front bumper (rather than between the fog lights) but even in that position I should still have plenty of room for clearance when in use. I figure on using it to mount either a bike rack or maybe a small cargo tray when we go camping. As long as I'm not blocking airflow to the grill it should come in handy.
I agree that the stock front bumper is a little less that it should be, but for my intentions it should suffice just fine. I certainly wouldn't use it for any heavy towing though .. I'm sure the bumper would crumple like aluminum foil.

I have a front receiver, I use it for my rod holder and also for a cooler basket.. It is not custom, just off the shelf and is bolted to the frame...
I would like one as well, but I want to much else on the front bumper, so I don't think that I will find one with all the options I want. I would like to have a winch, have cutouts for the factory fogs, 2 tabs for aftermarket off road lighting and the receiver hitch on there.
I know I'm asking a lot. It's ok to dream isn't it?

It only takes one expensive $$$ lesson in getting stuck to learn I should have had a winch in the first place - had to wake-up a guy and his 10-ton recovery truck on a holiday weekend - $$$

I may be biased though....
