Default Front Runner cargo slide in 2dr JK

Just installed a Front Runner cargo slide in my JK.
They're actually designed to fit in the 4dr models. But with the rear seats removed and some minor modifications they fit the 2dr too.

Then I had to drill a hole into the tub on the left side...

...and another one on the right side.
The slide is bolted to the tub through these holes and the factory cargo tie-downs in the rear of the cargo area.
The left hole is easily accessible from under the Jeep. The right hole sits over the rear end of the gas tank, but you still reach it with a wrench.

With the slide open you can access the small cargo compartment.

Thanks guys. Cargo management is a work in progress.
I have built a cargo deck that rests on the slider's frame.
This way I can stack my luggage and still be able to pull out the slider with the cooler and other stuff.

Custom hooks a friend made for me. I gave him the dimensions so the holes line up with the bolts that hold the slider inside the frame.

Getting organized and having your stuff easily accessible on a longer trip. If you just stack all your luggage in the trunk, it will be difficult to get to stuff that's sitting deeper in that pile.
The goal is to get to almost every piece of equipment without moving other things around.

How much vertical height do you lose from the floor of the jeep to the floor of the slider?
