Front skid is compatible with ARB bar?

I have seen that there is one guy that took a Mopar skid and cut it down. You can also install the Rugged Ridge front skid with no modifications.
The mopar goes from the bumper to the bash bar
The Rugged Ridge mounts to the bash bar and the frame above the rubicon sway bar motor.
I just received the RR version and plan to probably install this weekend.
