Question Front Stance/Spring Rates?

Hello, new to this board, although been on Moparts for years. I just put a 2 inch Skyjacker spacer lift kit on my 08 X with Rubicon wheels and 285/70/17 BFG's. The front is now sitting a little low and close to the bumpstops. I see people here talk about putting in an additional 3/4 spacer, and I was thinking about machining an similar aluminum spacer to go on top of the Skyjacker spacers. Would this work, or would I be better off finding a stiffer front spring? Would a Rubicon Unlimited have stiffer front springs than a base model Unlimited X? Price is an issue, don't even ask me how bad my negative equity was when I traded due to the awful depreciation rate on the Nissan I had
