ID:	532963I moved the swaybar links from rear to front. Now, on drivers side, the link is very close to hitting the coil. Passengers side clears just fine. I just installed new adj. track bar. the axle is centered. Any help please? The new lift was to be 2 1/2 inch O.M.E. heavy but got more of 3inch lift out of the coils on front.

Looks like the coil is bowed out. Do you have control arms or using cam bolts for caster ?

From the pictures, the spring is bowing forward a little. It looks like it is properly seated and indexed with the pigtail of the coil snugged into the notch at the base of the lower coil perch.

With 3", you'll want front lower adjustable control arms anyway in order to set your caster alignment specs. When you do this, it will help correct the bowing.

Yes it is properly seated, I ck that at first. I have not had an Alignment done yet .Think that would help?

As far as I know. The bottom is snug in the notch for the coil. Now the top I am not for sure what to look for? This is my first lift. I did do all the work myself. I will say this the passenger side looks to be more to the back of the perch and the drivers seems to be more to the front. if that makes sense.

The only alignment spec that can be adjusted at this point is toe, and that won't make any difference with regard to the bowing spring.

You'll need adjustable front lower control arms to adjust the caster alignment spec and fix the bowing spring. You can do it with cambolts, but that is an inferior choice for a rig that is driven off road.

Usually folks have bowing with CA's not stock (without) 'm not saying this is not your issue but not common, especially with only 1 side. I would swap the coils and see if things change.
