you really need to take it off and grease the poly bushing inside and out, chances are with the zerk its still not going to get greased properly.

Make sure you check your control arm bolts, shock bolts. Something could be loose.

Everything is tight. So do you suggest even adding a zerk? I might just pull it off and add white lithium and not worry about the zerk.

seriously thats the issue. tightening it down will do nothing if it wasnt greased to begin with.

Its personal preference if you want to install a zerk fitting or not. As often as I grease mine, I dont see the need.

eitherway, give the bushing a nice bath in white lithium grease..

.

I greased the heck outa mine with green grease before I installed it and added a zerk. Its been completely quiet for the 6 months or so its been on. I only greased it once with the zerk, but that was just maintenence and had nothing to do with any noises. So Im not sure if the zerk was worth it or not Ive always had really good luck with green grease, its water proof and super sticky. Plus I got a good deal online a few years ago.. so I have a lot of tubes to use up...

green grease? is that like 5th wheel grease?

I also tend to grease all the joints at every oil change.. The track bars got done maybe twice in a year and a half.

Thanks for the info guys. Can I just get this grease at Walmart or will I have to go to an auto store?

no..I dont think anyway Its a synthetic grease I saw on shade tree mechanic a few years ago.. I bought some and liked it, so I found a deal and bought more then I'll probably ever use Their homepage is greengrease.net

I usually hit them all at every oil change too, or if I hit any deep water. I waited longer on the trackbar just to see if it would make any noise. But it never did.
