Default Front Wheel locking up

Ok so had a PR 44 installed with RCV shafts, pro steer BJ's, ARB locker and 5.38 gears. The place took it to have it aligned and they are still having issues where when it is at full turn it locks up and won't turn back.

More info I am running ATX bead locks and 37X13.50R17 Nitto Mud Grapplers installed an Evo Drag Link flip kit also. They called PSC and said it could be the steering pump. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It does it turning both directions.

Visually inspect that everything is in its correct orientation and that nothing is coming in contact.

How bad is the bind? Is it something you can steer out of or do you need to disconnect the links force it back manually?

If you disconnect the drag link does it steer freely and not bind?

When i put on my new ball joints the steering was very tight, wouldnt straighten on its own right away.. after a bit the new joints should loosen up a bit.. I think that might be what's up with yours..

It is in both directions, I can't look at it right now. I'm in Afghanistan. They have the steering stabilizer off right now.

Kenny is right.
it could very well be the new ball joints need to be broken in. This also happened with mine. However I don't remember it feeling locked. But it wouldn't return to center after turning a corner. It only took about a week driving it to work for it to fix itself.

Do have full hydraulic steering or hydraulic assist steering?

well right now we just have the factory steering pump on it, we are ordering a PSC high pressure steering pump for it.
