Dont worry about torque. Go as tight as you can, then give it one more turn

if its a "ding" sound its not the track bar

well it may not be a 'ding' that was just my best way of describing it at the moment

there is just noise when going at low speeds on concrete road and small speed bumps and when stopping, and its coming from that general area track bar/axle....... ........ and it was not doing this before the track bar (got the OME lift installed first)

thats probley it
the track bar makes noise for two reasons

#1. Its not tight enough.
#2. its not greesed.

Do these both and the noise will be gone. Make sure to use sticky greese, like White Lithium.

I did use lithium grease, but it was red not white, it was sticky

where can I get some white lithium ...wal mart did not have it

Did the rear the same way, no noise(that i can tell, yet anyways), BUT there probably isnt as much movement either

Make sure you pull the bushings out of the track bar and grease the inside of the bar before putting the bushings and sleeve back in, then grease the outside of the bushings before reinstalling the track bar.

The best thing to do though, is install a zerk fitting into the center of the bar end.
If you remove the bushings you'll notice that they are short which means there is a nice gap between them when installed, which is nice spot to pump full of grease via zerk fitting. Then the grease works its way all over and out the ends of the bushings and you'll never have to remove the bar again to re-grease it

x2, it will still make noise if you don't pull the bushings and inner sleeve a part and grease the crap out of them.

Use some heavy duty grease, like axle grease, inside and out of the bushings, then go ahead and add a zerk to it just un case you have to do it again.
