Default Fuel Catilist & Hypertech

Anyone using one of these with the hypertech max enegry programer set on premium fuel? Just wondering if it would be worth it to get.

Consensus around here is that it is snake oil (there are a couple threads on it). However JP magazine did do a test a year or so ago and claimed some improvement. Haven't seen any JK guinea pigs to see what it does or doesn't do though.

I dont think it improves the octane, but more or less makes the fuel easier to burn. not sure how it does it, but my buddy is running it on his xj. but since he just finished it there is no data yet
