Default Full Traction 3" Ft Spring Issues

I have had the FT 3" Econo kit on my '08 Rubi Unlimited for about a year now. Both front springs are bowed, left spring towards the ft, and the right spring toward the rear. The right is bowed to the point where it contacts the upper bump stop making loud/harsh banging sounds whenever you contact a small obstacle.

Both are also bowed inward such that the left one is wearing off the head of the lower rear bolt for the steering box and the right one such that it is rubbing on the frame rail.

In addition both springs have sagged to the point where with an LoD bumper and relatively light weight Smittybuilt XRC8 winch I'm estimating I've lost at least 1" of lift.

My questions are:

1) Has anyone encounted the same thing and if so have they had any success with replacement FT springs.

2) Has anyone replaced the ft springs with another brand and been able to come out close to level on an Unlimited with the FT 3" econo kit's springs left in the rear. I'm looking at Currie, TeraFlex, and Rubicon Express ft springs only and would like any input from someone with similar exprience who was able to level their ride out and eliminate bowed ft springs without the use of aftermarket control arms.

Thanks

All three of those companies you mentioned make excellent JK products. Go for those before you find yourself in a mess.

Your axle may be off if the springs are as you describe... Do you have a GOOD 4x4 shop near you? Have them give you the run down and check it out for your safety.

FT has a history of some bad bushings giving way, and they have had a very hard time fixing this issue.
