Default Full Traction control arm sleeve bushing

I am in the middle of installing a FT 3" premium lift, and one of the metal control arm sleeve bushings is the wrong size. I called FT and they said that they would send one.
The bushing is roughly 7/8" O.D., 9/16" I.D., and about 2-5/8" long.

I am hoping someone here might know some place else to get one. I have tried the local hardware stores, no luck. I also tried Performance accessories because they are located about 15minutes from my house (they make the Trail Master lifts), and they said they didn't have anything that would work.

Thanks for any help.

Well you are pretty much screw because any machine shop is more than likely not open today but thats something that could be made in a matter of minutes by anyone who has a lathe and some metal. I have been waiting on some bumpstops from patrick at full traction for a month now so i wouldn't count on them for anything.

i just purchased a FT 3" lift, rock sliders, and rear bumper w/tire carrier. i have the lift but haven't installed yet. i met the owner of FT, Steve, and he is a great guy. i spent a lot of time talking to him about his products. if they told you they would get you one then i believe him.
good luck!

Hopefully Full Traction will take care of this in a timley manner. Until then I will run the front FT arms and the stock rears. I spent most of the day installing the lift, tire and wheels should be in next week from Discount Tire.

Here are a few shots of the Jeep. I measured 5" of lift at the front fenders! Stock was 34" to the bottom of the fender, after lift it is 39".

I think it will settle some, but have others with this lift got this much height?

I called Full Traction today to ask when they were going to ship the part, and I got a UPS tracking number from them. I checked with UPS and the tracking number is good.

If all go's well I should get the control arm sleeve bushing soon.

Update- I received my control arm sleeve today from Full Traction. Patrick also sent two PM's today, and apoligized for not getting back with me right away.

I was doubtful at first due to what I have read here about Full Traction, but I have to say now that they took care of everything.

All said and done, it took less than a week to get the replacement part.

I thank Patrick and the Full Traction staff for handing the problem.
