I basically asked the same thing in a similar post, today. I just did my adj. uppers and am having a really hard time finding actual knowledge on how to go about fine tuning them....hopefully someone with the goods will chime in and help us out!

review this Fultraction Ultimate kit write up
http://project-jk.com/jeep-jk-write-...ation-write-up

step #89 covers adjusting your caster.
its really this simple, Place the scissor jack under the front yoke. It'll give you control of the axle roll.
89. Place an angle finder on the flat base of your front axle as shown in this pic and determine what your caster angle is. From the factory, your caster angle is a +4.2°. For 3" of lift and 35"-37" tires, I would recommend that you set your caster angle at about +7°-8°. And, if you set your front upper and lower control arms to the specs I have provided, your caster angle should be about there now.

Adjusting your Pinion angle.

Step#64
63. If you have a 2-door model Jeep JK Wrangler, your rear drive shaft will be at a steep enough angle that it can cause premature wear of your CV joint boots. Before installing your Full Traction Suspension rear upper control arms, I would recommend that you set the pinion up so that it’s parallel (or close to it as possible) with the drive shaft. Using the floor jack you have already positioned under the pinion and an angle finder, raise the pinion up until the degree angle on the pinion is the same as the angle reading on the drive shaft.
First image shows, before the adjustments. Also note the jack placement. This is what I was referring to on the front.

Second and third images show the measurements are the same.

Okay, so the rear looks easy enough...The front is a little more difficult it seems, mine are set a little shorter than stock in the write-up it looks like you suggest 1/8" longer?

In the excellent writeup (I also used when doing my FT control arms) he is replacing uppers and lowers.
If just doing the uppers like I initially did set them 1/8" shorter than stock.
That gave me caster of 5.1 on each side with the OME HD front coils and a 3/4" spacer. It drove much nicer than with the stock upper arms.

Ah ha! That's exactly where mine are at. It did tighten up the steering more than I expected and it tracks really well on the fway!!!
