Default Full Traction Track Bar Bracket

Need some help figuring out these instruction. Maybe I've been looking at it too long, but I can nt figure this out without having extra hardware.

Hardware list.

1 ) Spacer 1.4 X 0.56 X 1
1 ) 1/2" X 1" Bolt
1 ) 1/2" X 1.5" Bolt
1 ) 1/2" Metal Lock Nut
3 ) 1/2" Flat Washers
1 ) 1/2" Lock Washer
1) 9/16" X 3" Bolt
2) 9/16" X 3" Flat Washers
1 ) 9/16" Metal Lock Nut

Instructions

To install, remove factory bolts from frame. Install using
OEM bolt, nut and washer and torque to 80lbs/ft. Use
the 1.56 Long spacer on the center bolt. Install the 9/16”
x 3” bolt to secure the track bar

That's it for the instructions.

This illustrates my question.

It also illustrates my problem.

I have 2 bolts and one hole left????

There is also one small bolt that goes towards the top of the bracket on the inside of the frame just above track bar.

Thanks a bunch. Am I to assume that they both take nuts? I don't have a 1/2" lock washer, but I have an extra 1/2" lock nut. As soon as I went and looked at it all I could say was Duh!
