Default Full Traction Vs. AEV

Full Traction 3" kit's (prob. Premium kit, maybe the 4" kit) vs. the AEV 3.5" Premium (With adjustable control arms, I plan to just buy them separately)
I mention the 4" inch kit b/c it doesn't require driveshaft mods, I'd consider other 4" kits if their the same.
I'm going with 35's regardless of the kit I choose, I just want there to be a good amount of space between the tire and wheel well

Do different kit's sit differently? like could one 3" kit sit a little higher off the tire than some other 3" kit

anyone have any say on this, I'm leaving towards the AEV. maybe a little cheaper in the end, the Full Traction kit I'd still need shocks and I'd want something like the procal, as well as a steering kit.

Thanks guys

Nothing wrong with the premium, its dialed in correctly, but I would definetly want to be able to fine tune the suspension.

Thanks guys
If you have an Auto, you'll need a front shaft with either lift. If you have a 2 door, you'll need a rear shaft as well.

I wouldnt buy the Fulltraction premium, You should spend the extra couple bucks and get the ultimate. It comes with every arm and track bar adjustable.

I thought the AEV's come with Cam bolts?

the manual you won't need to adjust either drive shaft though, correct?

and yea the AEV comes with cam bolts but I'd just order adjustable control arms at the same time and put those on instead...

right, Manual with the 4 door, the driveshafts will be fine..

for the money you spend on buying arms will be close to a complete adjustable short arm lift.

Before you consider the FT kit, make sure they have released the new bushings. The old ones had major issues. Other than that it is a well designed kit.

IMO, the AEV is king of road and performs very well off road and I put my investment there.

I have owned several lifts on Jeeps and some were a struggle. I am a stickler for suspension, but I was constrained by budget.

The cam bolts were not acceptable for my taste, so I added adjustable LCAs.

If you can try driving a JK with both kits, you will notice the difference.

Just with the 4" right?
I'll prob. stick with either 3" or the AEV 3.5 and not have to do that.

Yea, I just don't have any kit's in mind and can't really find anything... any suggestions?? I'm looking for something rather complete

Does the AEV kit clear 35's with a good bit of space?
I feel like i've seen 3" kits clear better than the few pics I've seen of the AEV 3.5 I just really can't tell though...

That's good news that they are fixed.

They shipping of the new bushings must be a very event, because I recommended that kit to a friend and when called FT as recent as 10 days ago, they could not assure that he would get the new bushings if he ordered at that time.

Do you know if they are shipping with the Economy and the Premium or they are currently just shipping with the Ultimate?

TF 3" will be a better setup for 35s.
