just wanting to get some opinions on this setup, any advice will be helpful, THANKS!

15x10 black rock rims
35x14.50R15LT nitto mud grapplers
3.5" Mid arm flex suspension system by Rock Krawler
Bilstein 5100 Shocks
superchip tunner
K&N intake

i agree with all that!! this is just to get me started though. will i need to upgrade the spare tire rack? is that why you said i need one?

if you go to 35s you will prob need a new spare tire rack

Poison spyder brawler is a great bumper with rack which is what I have ,

You also need to add a few extra's .. Like license plate light $50ish , license plate delete 12ish

$1200 raw steel.
