I bought 2 Blitz cans online for @80 shipped. I initially bought the Harbor Freight gas cans and they didn't fit because they have a rounded bottom. Very happy with the Blitz.

Thanks everyone for their comments. More are welcome. especially in regards to leaks and expansion issues.
I had some neighborhood kids (I assume) steal the caps off my cans and throw them down the street. While I recovered the caps, one was missing the gasket. I've contacted Briggs and Stratton (who offers my Wedco cans under their name) and the company directly that makes the plastic cap--to no avail. So, one can did have a problem with leaking because of the missing gasket. I've since started using some rubber end caps that I picked up at a hardware store and they seal the cans, but they are not impervious to rubber and paint--it takes a pair of pliers to remove the caps now (thus solving the "kid problem"). I did just paint my cans. The only very minor rust they showed was where the mounts rubbed the paint off. I painted them to keep them clean looking--red fades very quickly and they were looking pretty poorly--you can see that in the image where I turned the cans around to make the caps less accessible to miscreants ...

I like my Wedco cans, and think the classic military styling fits my Jeep.

The new Rotopax cans are vented through the new nozzle style where the old ones weren't, they just had the additional vent plugs. I have the new and the old style. The new style cans vent better and don't react to the temperature conditions as much thus retaining their form. I have had problems with temperature and altitude on the old style cans they don't vent will unless you twist the vent plug and let the air out.
