Gear, locker, and electronic disconnect help
I am very mechanical, but I do not know very much about gears, lockers, and axles.
I have a 2007 jk wrangler x with a 3.8
My goal: to have gears capable or more than capable of running my 33s and eventually 35s
: to have lockers and know how they work
: to have an electronic sway bar disconnect off a rubicon or aftermarket if possible.
Thank you for reading and the knowledge and information..

Open the faq's at the top of this modified area. In the drivetrain section you will find some rpm charts to help with your gearing choice. (links are broken, scroll down). There are also new threads on a daily basis asking "which gears should I choose", so search and read.
This one has info on building a stock axle vs swapping. A swap isn't for everyone, but it may help put things in perspective.

This one is a great install guide for gear installs, if you think you might want to tackle it.

This is a decent overview of lockers. If you don't 'need' thousand dollar selectable lockers, search for threads on the TrueTrac.

Some early 07's came with rear Dana 35's. Verify what you have.
Why do you want a rubicon e-disco? Just grab a set of jks discos and be done with it.
