Default gear switch out
About to change out my gears from 3.21s to 4.10s ..... they are factory gears.

What kind of install kit would I need to make it as easy / flawless as possible for my install guys?

Why not go for 4.88 or 5.13? I'm running 3.21 with 35" tires and will need to regear, but I would think for a higher numerical gear than 4.10 would be ideal.
