5.13's would probably be ideal. If you can get a 5.38 or so, I'd go with that for sure. Right now I'm running 5.13's with 33's and it does really well. My fuel economy even improved, but I do live at 9,000 feet above sea level, so I really need these gears as you lose 30% of your power just being at this elevation. I'm running 2600 RPM at 70 mph with an auto. I plan on 35's next and that's really why I did the gears. If you got a 6spd, the 5.13's would probably be best for a 37" tire, and if you have an auto, I'd go with a 5.38 if it's available

5:13's and 37's put you back at almost the stock set-up

Welcome to The Forum.
Take a look at the posting named Performance mods or re-gear??

This posting lists everything YOU want to know about gearing and the important thing to remember is YOU have a 6-Speed (not an automatic as I do). Read what they use on 6-speed and I think you will find GREAT info on 4:88. I have an automatic and my Jeep is in the shop now going from 4:10 to 5:13 thanks to everyones suggestions. I am also having a C4 brackets installed FREE to help support the axle strength. You want to look into this too!

Once you do the gearing you will need an AEV or some type of chip to re-calibrate your speedo.
Many like the Super Chip as I went with the recommendation of my shop to use the AEV. My shop is just not sold on the Power Chips yet! There is a lot of info about the Super Chip, so have fun reading all of it.

Do your research as you don't want to get into a mess or spend money twice.

Enjoy!
