i i have a 2008 rubicon and i have it in the shop getting new gears put in (488s) they are in place but now the lockers are locked in and will not disengage need help to find out whats going on thanks

Have them check to see if they mounted the sensor backwards. Rookie mistake but happens all the time. If its not that, you may have a bigger issue.

This may seem a little obvious but I’d guess something is binding. But it’s hard to believe they could both be binding at the same time would be quite a coincidence. Since they are electric could something be grounding that shouldn’t be and it’s not letting it unlock? I’m sorry I’m of no help!
