Default Gears installed

i love having 5.13's . What a difference it has made. Fuel economy dropped, no biggie my comany pays for gas anyway, but i got the power i was looking for. I almost went with the 4.88's but the thought of 37's in the future changed my mind

That's awesome. How much did you pay for them? How long did it take to install them?

I'm thinking of going this route myself.

I just bought 5.13s with install kits from Northridge for $599. It is a job for a trustworthy shop with lots of experience.

If I just got regeared, I would take the covers off in a few thousand miles to check the wear pattern on the teeth. The oil should be changed then anyway.
I'm not saying you or anyone else should. That's just what I would do.
