Can't say for a standard. I have an auto, a programmer, a snorkel (works like a CAI) and an MBRP muffler. Get around 18 mpg combined

Dave at Northridge has some good deals on gear sets

Call David from Northridge x2, he is a very honest person and will sell you only what you need, not the whole store. Plus he always picks up the phone for technical questions if you have any problems during the install. As far as labor, find a local shop that has done JK gears before, look at local Jeep clubs and on the staging areas here on the forum to find out who the quality installers are.

Wow your really getting 18 with thos gears? But there's no program for the 11 so duno how much that would effect it... But I'm sure the exhaust helps not to sure bout the snorkel but I'm waiting till tax time to regear so I have some time to way my options

But I think the 4.56 would be a good gear for me ESP since it's my DD an occasionally hwy but I do go wheeling just bout every weekend so I want something thats going to help in there

If it's a 2dr manual 4.56 is good... When you can add a superchip later.,., it helps a bit too with mph.

Snorkel is like cold air. 10-30 degrees cooler on the intake depending on conditions. Snorkel helps a little, but was added to ford streams

I am pretty easy on the skinny around town too

Yea I'm either going to a 4.11 or a 4.56 I think a 4.88 will be to much for me as of now.. Also once a programer comes out for the 11's that will be a plus

Don't go 4.11 I think you'll regret it.... 4.56 sounds bang-on for what you want.

Who's gear chart are you looking at? I'll bet it is a generic chart that lists a 1:1 ratio, which is 5th gear on a JK, and NOT the .84 6th gear you actually have.

Use the chart in the faq's on this site. (nailed to the top of this modified area)

get a AEV Procal for your 2011. I geared mine to 5.38, AEV Procal, Airaid CAI, Dynomax Exhaust and 35's. Getting about 16 mpg overall.
