Default Gears question

So Is the gear chart for all JK's? I saw some people say put such an such gears for stick rubis for 35's but for an manual x put such gears. Does the transfercase of the Rubi and X's cause them to have to have different gearing for exaplme 35 inch tires?

If you're reading things like "Standard X with 35's go with 5.13, Standard Rubi's with 35's go with 5.38's" it's because the X and Sahara typically have a Dana30 front Diff and nobody makes a 5.38 JK Dana30 gear set, they are limited to 5.13 until they upgrade to a Dana44 or larger front diff.
Is that what you mean?

Okay now I see so the gear chart is for all Jk's what about the Dana 60's are there gears on that chart that don't fit in the 40's?

I think you can get just about any gear set for a 60... No limits on that unit!
