Getting Flashed! ....not like that :(

How do I aim headlights on 08 saraha now that I went up 3.5 and to 35s.... Getting flashed on low, inspection station says they can't do it WTF??

theres a torx head right near the headlight you can see if by a notch in the grill. tighten or loosen it to go up and down.

their are directions in the write up section.. very easy to do, just have to adjust acouple of screws
