Can't wait to read about this. I also like the Olympic rack but they don't make one for the JK and they said they are in R&D for it now and it probably would be a year before one came out.

I couldn't wait, so I ran over to the UPS depot this morning and picked the boxes up... 3 containing the rack and 2 containing some new sleeping bags and 2 north face dry bag duffel bags from REI. sweet... let the confusion begin.

i got the basket put together... nothing to take pics of really. it's not a bad job so far. I needed to go to the auto parts store for some blue loc-tite. now i have to go to the elementary and get my jeep back from the wife. and do some measuring/drilling
