Default "Ghosted" Rubicon stickers

My idea was to get rubicon stickers that are either clear (and ill spray tint them) or slightly tinted clear to create a "ghost" rubicon hood decal. I talked to a vendor and they said they dont have any clear material to do that. I was thinking about getting 3m clear bra material but have no way to cut out the letters correctly Anyone have any other ideas or know where to go to make this happen? I thought it could be cool. Might suck but worth a try...thats the beauty of vinyl, you can peel it off!

What about having someone paint it I seen some cool hot rods with ghost flames and stripes. Might be easier then having a decal made, just my thought would be cool to see.

Local paint shots can take the negative of the decal and use it as a stencil looks sweet when done correctly especially directionally applied flakes in it. Never seen on a JEEP but for my Gran Torino I will be ghosting the hood.

If you are really wanting to go vinyl maybe check around your area for a sign shop. I have one back home that generally makes signs for businesses and magnets for cars but I've seen some vehicle advertising they made up and it looked nice. They have all the machines to cut it and should be able to order it in whatever color/tint that you want.

I can cut them from frosted vinyl like they use on glass doors. Your jeep color shows through

Kind of on the same topic. I see Jeeps all the time with custom names where the Rubicon letters would go on a stock Jeep.

They seem to be in the same font as the Rubicon letters. Where would I get something like that if I wanted to get a custom set done and what font is it in? Anyone know?

I will PM u ConAir.

Painting is not really an option for me....i want to do the vinyl so when i change my mind or the style of the jeep, which i often do, i can take them off. I dont want to do something permanent that I am not 100% sure on
