Default Gibson Catback

Is anyone running this muffler? How's the sound? Did you notice any power gain or better mileage? I really want to get the stock muffler off soon. I would like to order the stainless and spray it black. 4WD has it for $373.99, a little pricey but if it has a good rumble (not too loud) and helpd with the power and/or mileage I'll justify the cost.

I'm curious too. I had a Gibson on my 5.3L Sierra as well as my 5.7L Ram. Both of them I loved the sound and saw a slight step up in acceleration.

I have been running the single exit muffler (not really a cat back) for almost a year and it has a nice "gruff" sound without being too loud or droaning. It did nothing noticeable for performance, but at least it sounds better (I put exhaust on all my vehicles from Saabs to Jeeps)
