I would call David at Northridge and order a Dana 44 and 60 pro rock axle sets Then raise another $5k-$10k to finish up the ancillary costs...

I'd put it in the bank, telling myself I was going to save it.
Then I'd slowly drain it on a bunch of worthless mods to try to tide me over until I decided where my priorities were.
By the time I figured it all out I'd be out of money but I'd have a bunch of lame chrome doodads all over the Jeep.

Rent a Ferrari, hit the strip club, leave with some girls, get a few items off the bucket list, crash said Ferrari, and bail myself out of jail. Whatever was left, I would put another mod on the jeep.

Best of all, I sold my old engine with 111,000 miles for $1,500!

Winch $1K,
Aluminum Bumpers & tire carrier $2.7K ,
Weld on Sliders $700,
37" Tires $2.2K,
Wheels $1.6K,
Chromolies $1.1K,
gears $1.5K,
2.5 to 3" lift $1.5K
HD Tie Rod $130
roughly=$12.4K
If you can fab your own junk you will save a lot of money.
