Ruff Stuff makes some weld on brackets as well. As far as bumps....I too used good ole hockey pucks up front for years. One time along the way when I pulled the axle for some upgrades, I decided it was time to get some proper bumpstops. That was a waste of $40 or $50. I did MC bumps in back due to the rectangle and my build was changing a lot so it was nice to easily adjust them. I don't think the puck would be big enough in some cases....or rather a harder target to hit in the rear once that axle gets moved back.

As far as adding more lift.....I sure wouldn't want to. I'd be more apt to get chopping something or limiting uptravel.

Thanks Bud. I ordered some pucks and will wait to get the 39s on and just flex it out and cut where I need to and then add the pucks.

I found the relocate brackets (synergy) and I'll make adjustments for down-travel as well.

Thanks for the help everyone.

That looks great!!!

Nice clearance above the tire too.

Have you finished adding bumpstop and did you leave that height or add to it??

I just put 39" Kanatis on yesterday, and want an inch more height to accomodate my inch more bumpstop I'll be adding. I have 4" coils too... but, it doesn't sit as high as yours.

I have the same front bump stop set up as SV Dude utilizing the DV8 hydro bump stops. I used a 1" hockey puck spacer I found on line that already has a recessed center bolt hole. The cost is greater than a stock foam bump stop or spacer but the hydro bumps work well. TMR makes a weld-on bump stop bracket for the rear of JKU but it requires cutting into the frame . I adapted the DV8 front bumps for the rear with good results using the TMR bracket. I needed a 1" spacer in the rear also but just glued a 1" rubber pad to the stock mount on the axle.
