I bought a 2.5 ton SUV floor jack from Autozone that provided more than enough lift for me to get jack stands under the frame.

Napa has an awesome 4 Ton combo set. Includes a jack and two stands. Very well made.

The one with the tallest lift height, whichever store it comes from. Same for the stands, the tallest, beefiest ones you can find/afford.

Harbor Freight sends out 20-25% off coupons every week in the newspaper. Good option if you have one local to you and don't want to order off their site.

I Second the harbor freight floor jacks. I have one and love it. I would tell you to go with the racing version as the regular version weighs a ton. I have a 2 ton that achieves a height of 23-3/4 in. I use it on my Jeep as well as my other cars which are lower. 2 ton Low Profile Steel Heavy Duty Floor Jack With Rapid Pump®

Should be fine unless its an extremely heavily built Jeep. Figure 2 ton = 4000lb's and most JKU's are between 4500 to 6000lbs and your only lifting one end so +/- half of that.
