Default Good suspension for the desert?

I just bought JK number 3 today, ... back into a two door again. I sold the last two because of no power, so this one's going to be built a little differently, with the emphasis on power and handling. In August, I'm planning on a 6.4 under the hood. Haven't decided where yet, ... Burnsville, AEV, or Teraflex. Then I'll need suspension, then axles.

For suspension I'm looking for just 2" of lift, enough to run 35s. It will be used for desert exploring, usually at moderate speed. Is there a suspension that stands out in peoples minds as being the best for somewhat faster use, and for handling? Do the speedbumps work as well as advertised? Do they work with just 2" lift. Any other thoughts?
