I've had mine on for one year and 15,000 miles and never once were they ever loose. Just because some people are idiots and buy eBay spacers doesn't mean all wheel spacers are bad...

60,000 plus miles on my rubi 2 door on 35's and rockcrawling, ZERO issues with my Spidertrax wheel spacers. Of Course maintenance is the key for all things and you get what you paid for G2 ones are stout as well.

Ran my spidertrax for 35000 miles with no issues.

The key to them is proper cleaning of both mating surfaces and proper torque applied to "all" lug nuts. Overtightening them is the number one failure point due to overstretching of the stud and it will fail soon.
