Default love mine

well it's a a matter of how everyone drives. i personally love mine. they run nice and quiet. my Kevlars are running at 28lbs when on the road. when on the trail i run them at 15 to 10lbs. no problems as of yet. but this is just my 2 cents.

the Jp artical was focuses on the rate the tires can remove mud... it did not focus on rock crawling at all.

I wonder how many of you that are having issues in mud (not clearing out)are running the tires mounted incorrectly? the AT type tread should be to the inside, look on the tire, it is labeled "outside"
I know there are a few sizes that are WOL only, and guys mount them blackwall
i don't know if this will affect mud performance, but it could be a reason
should be mounted like this

Humph... I'll have to check that. Discount tire mounted them.

mykit8 is correct on the mounting. The Goodyear Wrangler MT/R w/Kevlar can only be mounted one way as it has an asymmetrical nondirectional tread pattern. The sidewall is marked with "this side outboard" which means that side should always be facing out. Like mykit8 said, some of the sizes come with white letters which means the white letters have to be mounted out. It is not recommend to run this tire without the outside designation facing out.

Well, Shiver me Timbers!

Sorry to say, but looks like Discount put them on backwards. I have the text inboard only only on all tires (outside).

I'll take them back and have them re-mounted.

Thanks!

We apologize for the inconvenience. I suggest calling the store manager in advance to setup an appointment.
